The President of Alif Society was guest of the Chinese Government at the BRI meet in Beijing first week in July 2018 59 Heads of African Government delegations attended this meet where each country voiced its appreciation for the BRI contribution to the alleviation of poverty in its country and the new hope for development instilled by the injection of help from the BRI bank. A new Road Map was proposed to to continue the collaboration among BRI stakeholders. E the new South african HC at the ICC, La Paix Street, Port Louis. The Covid Quantantine has just been relaxed and only 50 people could be assembled. Alif had to give the usual dinner-reception formula to adopt the Hi-Tea one.
