    Hotel Burobudur in Jakarta was the venue of the international conference organised by Nahdatul Ulema of Indonesia under the chairmanship of Ustaz Hashyim. The majority of the Muslim world sent delegates to this grand meeting where Islamic Banking was the theme. Delegates visited some masjids, historical sites and Bandung where NAM was created by Sukarno, Nehru, Nasser and Tito.   • GALLERY BRI MEET IN BEIJING

    The President of Alif Society was guest of the Chinese Government at the BRI meet in Beijing first week in July 2018 59 Heads of African Government delegations attended this meet where each country voiced its appreciation for the BRI contribution to the alleviation of poverty in its country and the new hope for development instilled by the injection of help from the BRI bank. A new Road Map was proposed to to continue the collaboration among BRI stakeholders.     A view of the audience at ICC ALIF SOCIETY organised a Hi Tea-Reception in honour of  Dhiren Ponusamy, new CEO of Medine Group, H.E the new Chinese Ambassador and H. E the new South african HC at the ICC, La Paix Street, Port Louis. The Covid Quantantine has just been relaxed and only 50 people could be assembled.     DUBAI GIRLS MEDICAL COLLEGE, LOOTA CITY, DUBAI. In January 2016, Alif  President, Dawood Auleear, was introduced to Sheikh Said Loota by Prof. Zaglool Naggar, a famous n Egyptian Scientist. Sk Loota is a prosperous Dubai businessman,  who runs Dubai Girl Medical School whose President is Professor Galall. The President visited the University, talked to the dean and Lecturers and then discussed about the possibility of sending brilliant Mauritian girls to study at DGMC.
