ALIF SOCIETY organised a dinner on the occasion of Eid Festival at the Water Edge Garden, Calebasses. The Guest of Honour was H. E the Vice President , Mr. Eddie Boisezzon.
In an after dinner address, the President of Alif Society acknowledged the presence of Mgr Piat and wished him well on his retirement, congratulated Mr. Pierre de Baissac, President of the Royal Society of Arts and Sciences for his tireless effort to save our Flora and Fauna, thanked the President of Hindu House, Mrs Lutchmee Ramdhun and the President of GOPIO, Mr Mukeshwar Choonee for their support to Alif Society.
The President further welcomed the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Rashid Ahmine and congratulated him upon his appointment and offered him a present in the name of Alif Society.
